I was making one for my college and I found this one. Seems new, no members. Wasn't there another sgw site made aswell?

cos it says he is online and from USA so it cant be the actual man upstairs

Facebook is a much better site for this type of thing in my opinion.

There was already a "stargate wars" group, but I decided to make a more official looking one on Facebook, so you will find it under stargatewars.com if you search facebook.

also i heard nuto is claiming hers is the official one
well theres no official one, just the one that dagormatix created a long time ago and the two wannabe groups that exist now.

I've actually contacted Jason (the game admin).

Also. mine is open and free for all to join, one of the others is not.

It's a better alternative to MySpace... I just hope it doesn't end up being like MySpace, with all the automatic graphics, music and video clips you're bombarded with after someone decides to "pimp" their page.

I've noticed its also easier to find people on Facebook. It does of course help if those you seek are actually on there to begin with.

Today was the first time I've logged into Myspace for quite a while. I know some people who are addicted to it though...
