Ok ive tryed to get what this means but....failed.
So for example,

Sphere Of Influence: 34,009,651(13,854,995) Planets

What does the nº inside the ( ) means ??

Number of trained military planets.

Then y when in cosmos page i see ppl with out any nº inside the () and got like 2 bil defence...???

I think it's the number of planets which are not resource.

You only get that if your covert is far surpassed theirs.

yeah what does that mean? the numbers inside the ()?
I've always been wondering about that too.

Btw since when is the ascended forums open to the public? (I lost my original forum id, and just made a new one. I'm surprise I see a Ascended forum)

Numbers inside () are number of trained military planets and as someone else said you only see the () if you have a much better covert, so seeing no () doesn't mean they have no trained military necessarily

Ascended Forum was revealed to all last Summer, Forum decided it was time the secrets of the universe were available to all
