Cutting the crap out of "photo album"

It isn't a secret to anyone that this topic became a joke.
What is needed is, that a mod (or some mods) go cut and delete posts made of spam pictures, random nonsense pictures, posts made of spam only, posts made of smileys only, bumping and any other useless posts.
Like that there will be not the "new photo tpoic" or whatever it can be called
To make it clear, it doesn't involve posts "on topic" made of text only, like comments on pictures, it concerns only USELESS posts (not on topic and described above)
