Goa'uld and Income Planets and Officer Percentages.

Okay, newb question about income planets and the 25% Goa'uld bonus and one about officers %.

So, you have an income planet of 1B / per day.

In theory should you get an extra 250M a day as well? Or does that apply just to miners/lifers that you have?

So, another way to phrase the question, does anyone know how the game calculates the per turn Naq?

Is it: (I'm leaving out the untrained in the formulas)
1) (((Miners+Lifers)x80) + (Planet Income/48)) x 1.25)
2) ((((Miners+Lifers)x80) x1.25) + (Planet Income/48))
?

Okay, officer questions.

Say I have 1 officer. My rate is set at 30%.

Say I look at my current income, it says that it is 900M.

In theory, I should be able to tell what the % is by (long math here I know)
900M / 70 x 100 = Total - 900M = ~386M given to officer

Okay, but.. when I set it to 10%, the calculations should still end up the same total. But it isn't the same total, it shows that you actually have less total daily income when you give 10% (and do the math above) than when you do 30%. Do you actually give 30% of your income, or is on a curve? Because the difference in giving between 10 and 30% (when you look at your own income) is not a real 20% of your raw income difference.

Is the income that the officers get based just off of the mineslave/lifer amount without planet(s)?

Veddy confused right now because either I am sucking eggs at math (which I'm pretty sure is right, but hey, won't be the first, second, millioneth time I'm wrong) or I just need some pointers on how this is all calculated.

Thanks a bunch!

I'm pretty sure you don't get the 25% for planet income bonus. As for the difference between total incomes, no idea... but I can confirm I don't end up with the same total either.

Okay, so it's almost, but not quite certain that I'm not going crazy or have cruddy math! Yay!

Thanks Lucky!

if you have a bill planet it adds a bill per day around20.8 mill a turn then 30% of that would give you how much your officer woudl get just for you having the planet.

Correct, although not entirely on topic ;)

Yes, that much I know (sometimes :-D )

However, the question was, does the Goa'uld 25% bonus apply to the planetary income or just the miner/lifer income?

In addition there is another question - does the officer 30% (or whatever) bonus apply before or after the 25% is applied?

25% applies only to miner/lifer income. 30% to officer is applied to total income after bonus then planets.
