What about making it where you are able to send Covert Capacity...
Trick is only to alliance members...

As far as i know it's possible to do that on TCW,but i dont really see a reason to send the covert capacity when you're sabbing only one people, but it's different when you wanna sabb more and i guess you very thinking about that.

I don't know, but as it's already on TCW I wouldn't add it here, but i personally dont like it,but the idea is not bad.

hmm... how much would you like it, if: someone built up a good account, then made several hundred multies, and got them in an alliance, maybe several (main account moving between them), then sabbed everyone on the top 1000?

keep covert capacity as it is.
maybe just raise to 100, since some people have a trouble having to be able to spy some accnts.

Sabbing, needs to be tweaked again.

I have a little bit of problem with sabbing, since it only target def weapons FIRST before going to offense.
It should have been half would go for offense and half would go for defense.

As it is right now, you can't really do much damage with sab, since people can just buy tons of low grade def weapons to protect their super def weapons and no damage will come to your super offense weapons, since sabbing do damage only to def weapons before all def weapons are broken.

As spies goes, it should have gone for each weapon types according to the total amount that a player has.

I have put my suggestions somewhere in another topic.

It's quite unfair to some, but hey, I haven't been in this game long enough so I don't know how sabbing used to work before it reached this point.

Hmm..... Firstly, covert capacity is the capacity of your agents to carry out covert ops - how do you trade, or give, a capacity (especially without trading the agents)? I know it is possible with AT - understandable because it is a game based on the use of AT - but if this suggestion was implemented I envisage that although it would be welcomed by some (and I don't think many) right now - in the future it will cause the same problems and hence arguments that the mass availability of AT has since brought up.
