I don't know about you all but I'm getting sick of people farming others then hiding behind the fact they are in a war like its a shield to explain and dismiss there actions.

Step by step scenario
-
some alliances go to war (fine)

things start to get expensive so they go and farm (also fine)

they farm the majority of an alliances (fine)

when retaliation comes they claim vulture this or no 1v1 because of the war that (stupid and hipocritical)

considering that the war they were in 60%(guess) of the time is due to a farm or someone angered someone over resources.

basically war is supposed to be profitable so profit off the other alliance and don't punk out when someone steps up to defend there selfs.

True, People always do that. When people are in wars they farm people that they normally wouldn't and when the people fight back or message back they say i am in a war so don't try anything or something stupid like that. I agree that vultures are bad and need to be punished but People that attack back to get what is theres are not vultures.

In theory with a decent war you'll get farmed on the turn every turn anyway... but if you don't then you should be THANKING the person for getting your naq rather than someone else.

Hell, I've actually organized for an small ascension peep to farm me for several turns in a war because i was going out, and i would rather he got it, and got a nice boost out of it, than anyone else.

exactley let someone else have your naq rather than your enemy which will then use them to hit you back with. its like a double whammy.

heres so more BS.. Officers not in the enemies alliance getting massed to crap just because they are an officer...

instead of **Filtered** and moaning keep farming them back who god dam cares, ask your selfs whos controlling ur actions is it the person telling u u cant farm them or u.

His point is that farmers defend themselves by saying that they're in a war so they can attack, but you can't attack back...

I completly agree with you. I go out and farm other alliances who are at war, not on purpose, but because these people have large amounts of naq out. Come on now people, if you have 30bil naq out, someone takes it and you say dont attack me im at war, thats just reducules. Big woop, your at war, doesnt change the fact that its a war game and there are no rules about not attacking people at war. Change your mindset and let them take your naq instead of your enemy.

Yeah I have heard vulture threats a ton of times for farming myself. Then when I go to the forum I find nothing about it, although it could have been barried somewhere.

I never was attacked with the excuse they are at war though. If I get hit its usually when I don't sign in and have bunch-0 naq out. I usually don't ask why I figure its obvious.

I will either ignore it or attack back. Saying they are at war does me no harm. If others in their alliance step in, I talk to my alliance.

hit or be hit....thats the game. I do admit its a weak please don't farm me excuse.

Yes - it is a war game. His point was that certain players in some alliances at war think that it is okay for them to hit players not in the war, but it is wrong for players not in the war to hit them. Frankly, that is a load of tosh! It IS a war game and so you will get hit by people whether you are in a war or not - especially if you attack those who are not!

His point is quite valid, and those that scream 'vulture' are, if we're honest, simply trying to grapple and claim some morale high ground - when in fact, they have none - and gain support.

If they're that bothered about it they should do what I always did - note down the names of these alleged 'vultures' and retaliate - at a later date if necessary.
