Not being farmed, becouse you're in war...

Hmm....
As some of you might know, i spend alot of my time in perg 
And here is what i've noticed...
There is a whooooole bunch of players with "big" armies comeing in perg with like 100 bil defence or less and saying that they've been in war and that they are rebuilding, so you cannot farm them... Or saying that they still are in war...
So here is my question...
If a persone comes to perg and is here for like few days, has defence of 90 bil and planets saying, i'm at war, farm me and the Omega Empire will sit on you forever and this persone also has around 60 bil+ naq out, is it really against moral to farm this dude 
? I mean, let's face it, he IS NOT in war, since noone has attacked him, and let's face it, his defence IS NOT rebuilding, so i suppose this is the defence he is supposing to be protect his income... (60 bil out atm)...
So one more time, is everyone, whos alliance is in war protected from anyone ? (even they are not really fighting in this war) and will omega really sit on me if i hit this ( i won't say n00b) dude...?

p.s. not to mention, that i don't see any thread in GC about Omega SL being in war... Also no thread in Vendetta corner about this dude being in 1 on 1... is this just a bluff? Becouse if it is, it's really lame...

If it is an OSL player I believe they split from Omega empire a few months ago unless I am mistaken. So you would only be sat on by them and their friends anyways.

Lord Rylan split them away from Omega, He left the alliance and they returned to the Omega empire. OSL are again a part of Omega.

Heh, if your in a decent war you SHOULD be getting farmed EVERY turn ON the turn.
If your not... then your enemy's need a lesson in warfare.
and IF your being farmed on the turn every turn, then someone else getting your naq is a GOOD thing.
People just like the idea of being in a war and getting the good points of a defense. There is a down side to war, having no defense and losing your income.
