Down near the bottom of your main page (what you see when you log in), you should see something like this:

Officer Management
Accept New Officers?:

Name Army Size Mercenaries Race Rank

make sure that box is unchecked and you click update.

If you already have that box unchecked and have clicked update (before this happened), please visit the bug section to see if a topic exists or report a new bug.

as this seems to be more like newbie/FAQ, at this point, moved.

Just declear war on that person... this will stop him from becoming you officer, but will allow you to accept other ones

No offence taken, but what then is the point of the thread? To be a general warning to the public, ok, but that was done with the other thread, so what it could be is spam of to be instructional/informative.

Either there was some trouble in getting him out, or limited faith exists in the ability of others to do so.

Either way: it provides instructions for what happend to him not to happen to others.
