The following announcement is to confirm floating rumours concerning my previous personae/callsigns.
I am Elladan/Emma Desala/Jadzia. As I now realise, after several counseling sessions, how disgustingly manipulative my actions in the past have been, I wish to ask everyone's forgiveness.
My psychological status at the time cannot be used in defense of my actions, as I have hurt too many people too badly by the story I devised and pieced together from RL experiences.

I ask everyone's personal forgiveness, specifically of those who had relive-experiences of their own personal experiences; of christians and other believers altogether, who have prayed to their respective gods for me; of the Moderator Team, whom I have caused severe headaches; and of the community in general, whom I have betrayed, manipulated, and deceived.
If there is a way to repair damage I have done, allow and help me to find it.

I have done a terrible misdeed to this community, and I deeply regret the hurt caused by me.

I knew who you were long before you became a mod... i dont know ya see...your a smart lass for the mainstay, and well a psychological issue is a perfect way to get out of all the trouble, You have lied to the forum before...soooo..im personally gonna say no, tuff titties auriel. But then again..im just one of very very many.

wow, the of integrity of the mod team just went from slim to none. And here i was thinking Freespirit was the worst choice for a mod ever, i honestly didn't think it was possible to get worse.

Amazing, just amazing, i am almost too shocked for words, lol.

Excuse me? they made you a mod now? i actually cannot believe this. i assumed freespirit was a one off fluke, but you just throw that idea out of the window dont you. i am disgusted.

there is some extremely warped logic, and unbelievable stupidity being deployed concerning the running of this forum, and it is making it a much less enjoyable place for everyone involved.

Yup, can we get Smooshable or one of the admins on to explain this because it's a disgrace if they knew who it was before promotion.

I'll just add what I said in the Moderator forum. I do understand some people will be upset by this and that isn't good. I would like to remind everyone that Auriel, like the other two new section mods (Nimras and The Reaperman) are on a two week trial. If they don't perform well, or if there's to many problems they will stand down. The following is what I posted in the mod forums:

To answer some questions:

Did Baz and I know? No we did not.

Should she have told us? Probably, I would have liked to know.

Would it have changed the desision to put her on the team? No.

Auriel is going to get the benefit of a second chance but we're not going to try and hide it from the users. It's up to Auriel though, you can stay on the team if you like, but we're going to have to make it clear in that thread that you are who you are. I'm happy to publicly stand up for you if you like.

Baz and I do take responsibility for this, so let's see how it goes. Two weeks is not a long time if it's not working out.

Everyone does mistakes I was in same opinion that you and didn't want to forgive her but seriously if you get to know her you can't refuse to forgive her...Believe me I've had a friend in beef with me & it took 5 monthes and repair money for his cap I "destroyed" for we getting friends together again...yea 5 monthes before I admit I was a total wrong and forgive him for bad words he said while I was the real guilty (I didnt admit it I blamed all on him lol).

Just to point that I dont forgive that easily...but here I did..so that must be because she's not that bad??

I'm SL I could backstab her that wouldnt be even strange from rping SL (like evil goauld Esker did) but nah I dont

well, i don't think she's fit for the role. Mods are supposed to be people who are respected by the posters and she's at the bottom of the respect list for a lot of people.

I mean seriously, she pretended to be suffering from a terminal illness just for kicks, what are you smoking Smoosh? I know you must be desperate for new mods after so many got driven away, but at least pretend you have to have some integrity to be a mod!

she has respect for the rules, which is something that not everyone has.
she listens when you say something, which is also not something most people do.
by posting this, it shows she's willing to stand up for her mistakes, and take responsibility for them, which is a rather rare trait.

she has alot of traits that make her a suitable mod. the only question regarding it, is motivation. and depending on who you have supervising her, it can be easy to keep her in check(i have some experiance with that role)

Well that would have been strange she doesnt do mistake because when I met her I thought first she was perfect and well perfection doesnt exist as far as I know. by perfect I mean beautiful intelligent nice everything that makes u appreciate a person more than others. Yeah talking with her is very cool I'm not objective maybe but I stick with her no mater what you say


Oh damn seeing next posts of mine then I believe I'm going from forums as well bye 3 years almost being there but well I don't think it's my place apparently, not that anyone cares anymore now but well I believe I might say it

nonsens coz it's almost 3am and well sleeping needed soon but I cant stand to see my friend bashed on you have maybe your reasons but well I've mine to defend her...

She just brought me interest back into the game when I feeld it was not anmyore a good place to be at

I'm sure he does, tell him (or anyone else interested in being a mod) to contact me or Baz on msn/PM/messenger pidgen stating their interest (like Auriel did) and we'll consider them next time there's an opening.
