G&R bug

okay. im talking for my officer as he has not the account here. he is in the glory area (if no updates ocurred on this it is rank 1500 and below) okay he is on 316 G&R for a week now. he entered purgatory and then exited. please suggest, fix this problem.

G&R area is more like 1200 and below...
