OK so i have realized that Countercovert is pointless but then how do you protect yourself from being seen by your enemies? I have looked over the equations and i don't see how you do this without counter ops. . . A little guidance would be great.

Seeing Naquadah and Army Size on Ranking/Attack Screens: Your Covert Action must be a fifth and a third of theirs, respectively.
