Has less than 500k army size, has atleast a 10k fleet power...

Looked over my attack logs and have never attacked him...
Yesterday he had 10k fleets...

He then sent me this msg after I asked him to stop...
broaker me for 500bil and i will leave u alone forever!
and also i am doing some thing like stealing planets for others if you want anyone to lose their planet price is 250bil per each planet i take.
there for you dont have any retaliations and problems its on me!
you have 24h to answer!
A little info...
To upgrade mothership fleets from 1 to 10000 will cost 500,049,990,000 Naquadah.
I believe he is a multi for them reasons...

Well...
He magically came up with 10k more fleets stole another planet... He sold his fleets so I just in time took the naq!
Mark this needs looked at quickly!

it might actually be a honest player... remember, fleet capacity remains, even after ascension...
the low army size might be due to having ascended, and not grown much since...
and if he/she does take planets as he does for price, it is easy to get the neccesary naq...
To buy mothership fleets from 10000 to 20000 will cost 122,276,000,000 Naquadah.
so getting 2 customers who each pay 250bill, 10k fleet capacity + fleets should be paid for...
but there should be nothing wrong with AdminMark checking him out anyways... if cheating, then caught; if not, nothing happens...

This does seem rather peculiar, the same thing happened to me a short while ago. Around 20 days later and still his army size is below 500k and with no considerable boost to his account, considering how much he claims to make.
Demanded 1tril to leave my other planets alone, naturally I've raised my planets defences, as it was long over due. My planet strangely switched owners 3 hours after it was taken also. Any word?

put ten beacons on the planets.
post the new owners of the planets here or simply mass their account to the ground.

well planets cannot be taken within 24 hours so he likely abandoned them and the new owner probably has no idea

True, but if you ask then if they did organise the theft, or are a planet stealing multi then they would tell you the truth why?
