List ideas for waves here, dont repeat any ideas someone else has posted take time to read the topic to ensure that your not re-posting it. Dont agree with someone. Just ideas.

When everyone is about done with suggestions we will make a poll and decide the best ideas that most people liked and try and merge them together to create a wave everyone will like.

After Polling has dramatically came to a stop we will go into IRC on Wednesday AKA meet the admin day and ask admin to look at this topic.

My first suggestion is make a wave with alot of turns, so we can have fun again, in other words have a real war.

My Second Suggestion is to make 3 Market Turns a week.

My Third Suggestion is to take miners completly off the market or majorly limit them each wave as in the begining people who didnt play the first two weeks but had an account can log on and get double the army as the top accounts with half of their turns, log in the next week if they dont farm and do it again now have triple the army of the people who ACTUALLY tried the first two weeks.

My fourth suggestion is to remove polorized shields for one wave.

My final suggestion is to finnally fix the damn merc technology MERC LEVEL 5 APPEARS TWICE then goes to 7... and it's been like that for 5 waves at least...

Other suggestions? Remember no disagreeing or debating in this topic, I will ask a mod to edit or delete such posts. Only suggestions, another topic will be made for those of you who wish to bicker.

My ideas;

have a planet wave, introduce planets from main, a very limited number, to keep competition for them high. Id say no more than 100 planets, 5 max each.

Race wars?
Reintroduce player trading, but players can only trade with others of their race, and can't attack others of the same race. hopefully will make people try race wars xD

I liked the automatic growth wave, 2% a day, but keep raiding out of the game from the start.

A few misc ideas;
Have a new covert option, similar to "God Quest" in ascended, which would tell you targets tech levels?

increase the input characters for spying/sabbing, as it gets difficult some waves.

and let me know if you want anything cleaned up =)

maybe we could limit alliance sizes to like 10-20 ppl max, which would force many ppl to join other alliances... in that case, there would be more strong alliances which would bring more alliance wars in the end...

but there arent any strong alliances in quantum.

there are only strong players, it is the nature of the game.
for example.. Owned, have lots of members, but most of them are nothing more than cannon fodder. Good individual players can and usually are stronger than an alliance.

The best players in quantum are lone wolfs at heart. Although some of them may join alliances, it is not for their own benefit, it is merely for the protection of the alliance from the player.

Basically, if you are a good player you don't need an alliance...
I know there has been a few attempts at bringing the best players together into one alliance, but there isnt enough competition in quantum, so its better for the wave if they stay separate.

So i dont think limiting the number of members in an alliance would do anything, what is important, is trying to bring back the good players that have stopped playing.

Lol if alliances had member limits then there would just be more alliances like Un-Owned...no difference.

I think the planets would be owesome, but make it 2 to each player max, and you carnt have two of same.

Unfortunately, the new wave is already set... and it sounds... um... "innovative" again. :smt108
