Multi's?

This is just the simplified background story.
MADPSY was reported being a vulture in DDE/EOB war. I did a single attack as a probe. He declared war with me.
Emphasising the point that vultures will get massed for a while. Surprised to find he had a planet with 80bill def but thats irrelevant. He msg'd me saying "Sign me up!" and jumped onto ppt.
I refreshed my Command Center page to find that VJ had declared war on me about 5 minutes after MADPSY did. I found this odd since VJ was on ppt, probably can't even see the amount of naq I had out (which was 0 anyway) and has a very small army size. I have also never seen, heard or spoke to this VJ before, or attacked him to my knowledge. So unless these people know each other in real life and decided to attempt double teaming me and taking on DDE and EOB, or this is one big coincidence, then it is possible these accounts belong to the same person.
...I could also be talking a load of rubbish and crying wolf. Either way they cant do much to my account, but just thought I'd mention my suspicion.
