Elsewhere?

This guy's plane is elsewhere?

Show's no Username, 0 army, etc...but he has officers..
View an officer's stats page

has deleted in front of his name. Do these accounts still exist after being deleted? Just thought I'd post this incase it was a bug.

I think I've seen such accounts before... maybe it takes a turn change or so for them to disappear for good? Just an idea...

correct hidden, i could still find my old account since it was the officer of someone, but if you search for its ID, it says it isnt there anymore
when an account deletes, there is still record of it in the database
so no other new account will go over that ID

I thought they where just hidden from sight until admin did like the 3 - 6 monthly delete on them from the database, the ID cannot be taken even if its deleted as the game doesn't fill in the missing ID's with the new accounts being made.
