I believe player Freestyle304, id 13573 may be a multi.

They're on PPT, with 17 Bil sitting there.

Given their army size, they can't earn that much in 3 days not even with taking all available bonuses.

They also have no stats (except 1 attack weapon). I suspect this account has farmed other multis and that amount of naq is ready to go to 1 account.

Admins please could you check who gets this naq when it goes....

Gambling is in this era, so he is not neccesarially a multi, for example i won 30bil in a gamble this morning.

However if he doesnot have any stats later on then maybe he is funding another account, but then again he could just be helping a friend by using his gambles.
