Technology Bug.

Hrm.. so I recently did my 3rd ascension. Went to technology upgrades, bought all my upgrades. I ended up with 5 Ascended Blessings upgrades, and 5 Merc Control upgrades. The merc control is fine, because that's what I'm supposed to have.. but 5 Ascended Blessings gives me a 25% chance, which is the same as LG+1, and I'm only Messiah. I also have the same capacity for mercs as an LG+1. Is this a bug or did something get changed?

Im an LG+2 and i only have 5 upgrades for ascended blessing, and 8 for merc's so it maybe a bug, hopefully someone who has ascended the same number of times as you and recently, will beable to tell us better.

yar.. well i have 25% ascended blessing, and 105% merc capacity.. which is the same as LG+1. This is definitely a bug, and seeing as I dont want to abuse this bug, I have no mercs and am not attacking anybody.. Forum/adminMark can you look into this?
