A question about multiplied upgrade

Okay I have played this for six months and am the noobs noob but want to ascend soon and figured the way to ascend and redescend is to have a big unit production and a friend in pay pal ao.
1. I haven’t bought a lot of upgrades yet but I think I've worked out (tell me if its true or not) please if a per upgraded amount is multied are all multiples calculated and payed at the specified amount? True. For example
Anti covert level 25
For next upgrade 100 663 296 000
If this was bought at 198 multiples would they be the most beautiful cheap multiples purchased possible. (I know ANTI COVERT CANT be upgraded like this but it’s an example)
2. When pay pal purchases
gives at the most advantage to a player will it matter what realm I’m in to get what I’m offered at the upgrade bar? I've read the package outline but haven't been to purg realm EVER.

1. lol buying 198 levels of anti levels from 25
is not buying 198 x 110billion = no u cant do that
no u will not magically shoot up to Anti covert level 223
2. buying u start using paypal to get stuff plz go buy Supporter status (20USD one) allows u to receive and send stuff, or u can wait and accumulate 1001 GR points and ascnded and get all the supporter status for free

Covert and Anti Covert levels cost DOUBLE each upgrade...

Okay so I cant do it fot 100b x 198 = 233 anti/upgrade but if i wanted to spend it on this upgrade would it cost 1T.980b. = 233, instead of 100b x 198= 100b +200b + 400.>>>>> cutting it way short at 1T. 980B to = 50 anti/upgrade instead?

err... Once again-I'm not 100% sure I understand you-but I'll give it a try.
You're currently at AC level 24:
next upgrade (25)=100,663,296,000
26=201,326,592,000
27=402,653,184,000
to go all the way from 24 to 27 it would cost:704,643,072,000

5 spies would be probably closest to reality
but practically if someone had level 30 and 5 mil spies
you would need 4.46 x 10 ^ -23 spies to sab him successfully
though if he were on critical you'd need 7.58 x 10 ^ -23 spies.
1 spy would give you "only" 7.445 x 10 ^ 34 covert
