once in the G n R zone u have to get 1001 points and then u get the option to ascend and then well it will become clear or totally confusing

click on generaloneill and send 1 million UU and you will ascend.
seriously dude, if you are asking this question then its too soon and you are ascending for the wrong reasons, ie , supporter status.
PM me ingame so I can spy you and check out your suitability for ascension.
