Can i get PPT in Perg without the market supporters status?

suppose you can buy one with cash but certainly there is no way to get one on the market no matter what status you have. You also can't buy ATs, UUs, or naq on the market.
And you can't use the private broker.

If you ascend you will get a PPT, but it will give you SS. I don't believe there is any other way to get PPT in perg other then ascending.

someone else could but it for you? I'm also interested. Could someone in main buy it FSS for you while your in perg?
