What is it?

ok lets say 3 players

player 1 is the officer of player 2
player 2 is the officer of player 3
player 3 is the officer of player 1

so it goes in a circle and everyone gets free up(that you get form an officer)
and income if you have income planets

It is generally used by larger accounts who economacly can't have officers. If 3 people have roughly the same income and UP's, then no one looses income, but all gain UP.

and income you forget they all gain income to(if they have income planets)

Yeah, if they have income planets they gain quite a bit of Naq and UU...

And what if 3 players make circle and one of them is having an officer, is the loop "broken" or what?

so everything is normal, only income from that commander with 2 officers is divided 50-50?
