Ascended Weapons Bug

Macro Quantum Multiverse WorldShips 2,147,483,647 2,560 / 2,560
This is the maximum amount of attack weapons, if you buy anymore after this it will take your money but give you back no weapons.
I lost ALOT of DMU to this , so i want this fixed and my DMU back, thanks.
I found a bug, yay! go me!
Annoying for many different reasons.

oh the good old integer bug. You'd think after the income fiasco he'd have changed all of the values to floats.. *shrug*.

I am new to the forums but love programming....what happened with the Naq problem that he changed everything to floats (or should have), what number did it max out at?

Floats introduce their own share of problems without careful programming. Assuming he's using MySQL, the BIGINT field value would be fine for most anything. The unsigned range is 0 to 18446744073709551615.

2^31 -1, very good programming number there....he can make it 2^32 -1 but if he tries to make it bigger then that depending on the bit that this game is running on it might crash it

No because they have no feelings =P
Well atleast that problem is sorted now anyway.
But this bug still exists, same cap as before.

I'm wondering if admin will do this as the only reason right now that one would need more than 2 billion weapons is for stroring DMU to sell it.

There can be other reasons. Still shouldnt be there.
