I am just about to reach to dreaded 2 Billion planets and I know that my CER will get modified.
Does anyone know the percentage loss in CER for reaching the various levels. I doesn't seem to be very clear!

i lost 1/3 of my cer in like a week.

Im 2.3 bill planets and im at "You are currently growing at 63.88 percent of full capacity."

The decrease if fast and hard.

Ive gone past that point 3 times now.

Then omega just build more, so off I go.
