Now that the rules have been streamlined, simplified, and frankly, made more reasonable, will the players who were previously banned for infractions under the old rules be restored soon?
He-who-shall-not-be-named comes to mind, actually. His ban was based on rules that no longer exist.

My vote is to keep him permabanned. He's a annoying pain in the <modded>, and I think many would agree.
