Market donations not working

Query failed: select userName, monthlyDonationCount, allowDonation, eraDonationDollars from `UserDetails` where ID='???' Unknown column 'eraDonationDollars' in 'field list'

Keeps saying person im trying to look for donating a SS package doesnt have boxed checked. Yet person does have it checked. hes sent me screen shots showing its checked
