Better use of alliance Bank- Perks

i am going to make one link with cod you dont seem to have included. Prestige mode is optional. The way you wrote it, makes it seem that these "upgrades" are forced. Perhaps some alliances would not want to waste 1trillion naq giving someone the position of 3ic if they do not need it

agreed saiyan. Increased cost for each alliance added to the empire by the current alliances in the empire as new alliances start with 0 in vault.
