returns no player accounts

i have tried logging into my account and when i enter all the details needed it comes up with this......

Name: Ichigo Kurosaki and mail: ichigo_k@hotmail.co.uk and password entered, return no player accounts.


I attempted the forgot login and when i enter the e mail only it says no player accounts but when i enter my account name it sends the log in details to the e mail it says no player accounts are attached to,

any ideas anyone, any help would be appreciated.

You are still in game. Are you mis-typing your email?

i tried copy and paste and also typed it in but get the same result, will e mail admin and wait their reply

If you can find someone who will attend, you can have them link admin to your thread.
