Fleets bug?

As with all battles, this one has been recorded for the official history of your realm. You, of course, are the first to know the results as they are reported directly to you first. This is the official report of the battle:

The Mothership has exhausted all of its offensive power.

The forces of <> fought back with all they could, and managed to inflict 3 damage on <>'s forces!
They managed to eradicate 0 of <>'s troops.


The forces of <>'s Anti-Intelligence Drone break off from main attack force, and seek out <>'s Undercover Agents!
0 Anti-Intelligence Drone are taken down by the defending army while attempting to disengage from the main battle!
The remaining Anti-Intelligence Drone engage the covert networks of the realm.
Always keep in mind, though, that a weaker army than the opponents, will distract their efforts, decreasing their effectiveness...
Unfortunately, <>'s Undercover Agents were too good at what they do for you to effectively find, target and eliminate.



Putting down the chronicled battle report, you cross reference and call for the corrosponding military armory reports to see the state of your weapons after such a battle...

Many wonder if <> will consider retaliation, but - when force meets force - there will have to be some changes in the preparedness of <> before such a feat should wisely be considered!
Am I missing something? How did my fleets go from 9826 to 0 when the enemy's mothership didn't destroy any, and there was no defending army at all?
I can PM the battle log without censor to a member of the staff if further proof is needed. I'm not asking for a refund on the fleets, but maybe fix this bug?

Because your fleets were damaged when you attacked, fleets strength starts at 115,600 when its repaired fully, as yours was at 9,826 strength when you entered the battle they were almost destroyed. they needed to be repaired.

In my other battles the fleet strength goes down by about 1000. Why would it go down by 10000 here?

I doubt it, if it went down by 1000 you'd be able to attack around 115 times before repairing which is not the case, maybe 10000, look back in your other attack logs and you'll see that they were going down a lot more than 1000.

60,112 to 54,910 is the highest I got other than this one, on second check. Still nowhere close to 10000 loss. Shouldn't weapon durability loss be either a percentage or scaled by opposition?
Most of my battles were against 0 defense (3 damage to me, unarmed defenders), including the one from 60,112 to 54,910.

Doesn't make a difference.
The trade broker reports trade from Surtr to *Teesdale_ of 100,000,000 Naq for 33,000,000,000,000 Naq is complete.

Allright, maybe it's not a bug, though I still find it weird that weapon strength would go down by 10000 in a battle against 0 defenders.
