Plague Bug.

Im not over or near Plague cap, but im still losing units as though i was?

i reached plague cap a few days ago but then sent UU to alliance members to stay under it, but for some reason im finding each time i log in, units have died O.o

not showing me as in plague or losing x units per turn.

what gives?

i believe UU in open brokers still count towards your army size, maybe they had not accepted the brokers at the time?
