I very much enjoyed the three Halo books. Two them are done by Eric Nylund, a very good author, if you ever have a chance pick up his A game of Universe its a very interesting read. I dont know the other author in the series mainly cause the one he wrote was easily the worst of the series.

I 100% agree, I don't know the name of the other author, but I didn't like him at all. Eric Nylund is an extremely good author though..
