nothing can stop sniping, already many accounts have a good cer. u doesnt need to be like freeman, rflash, O-neill, Jander (those that are now at top CER) even at half at their cer u make enough to have a second wave in 2 weeks.
only if admin could slow down growth by 30-50% which will make planets more valuable. so a sniper could farm an amount of dmu that is equal or double the cost of his planets once massed.
