Idea for a new wave!

A new wave!!!! Quantum era 15


No raids.
No gambling
No ubbers
No happiness
No cash infusion at all.
Untrainable

More turns per turn change ( instead of 6 , 12 or 15 )
Market gives more turns.
Non used accounts gets 5k miners at first week then 10k then 15k ( and +5k miners per week ) . To make this possible all accounts starts as Non used , who ever logs in activates the account its reseted to no stats ( so non used account , and then activated becomes not a way to cheat ).
The last month of the wave all accounts that havent get activated , those accounts goes to vacation mode. So from that moment and on its a real skilled players wave!

A crazy idea!!! just to bring some extra folks!
Link between main server and Quantum.
The link will not be to trade , or to boost Quantum, it will be to give people a good reason to jump to this wave ( a lil boost in all in main server to those that play quantum)
Peps most activate the account or to link it from main ( this admins will have to add something , like ascencion, u ascend and get an account.. well something like that , like well someone that already have an account in both servers just tell admins and they build the link… but the ones that don’t have Q account hit a buttom in Main server that opens the new account and gives them the new account) this needs to be worked on.

I see nothing wrong with it. I would like just a normal wave with nothing fancy also. Sounds great to me.

Ive never thought of linking quantum to main where main doesnt benefit quantum.
The drawbacks to linking them this way, is that those Q players that dont play main wont gain anything... but then again.. they wont loose anything either. So that should be any real problem.

The linking of the accounts doesnt have to be permanent (as in there all wave) it can be that the top 10 finishes get a prize on main.
Like a set amount of naq, or a planet upgrade.. (changes single planets to a dual.. etc..)

But yea, I like this idea.. But it may be hard to take the SS buying out... and it will probably need something specific to differ the play style to main... the account linking would be an added extra

maybe not a prize dude.. but as i said a lil percentage of extra resources in main for those playing quantum.... will be easier i guess.. well the prize will be a lot easier.. but then just a few would get it.. and my point for this is to get more players to quantum , that will get a wave bigger, harder and lot more fun!!! but your point is cool too... maybe easier and then wil be the best option to place he he!!!

If I read his post right, he was suggesting that, in addition to whatever boost quantum players might receive in main during the wave, the top 10 could get some specific prize for their achievement.

bonuses to main accounts arent easy to set up balanced...

for example, to a tiny guy on main, 100b is great, to a huge, 100b is nothing...

and permanent bonuses that alter account is usually too powerful...
planets sometimes dont fit (for accounts with 10 planets already), changes to planets could also be too powerful...

i think to solve this the bonus most be in percentages... 10% boost.. 5% ...

I like the idea of a main bonus for winning, or better yet, for G&R! Winning gives a good bonus remember, but this also means the best players throughout the wave can still get a good bonus if they get thwomped at the end.

Anyways, I want to see trading back, not xservering, though that'd happen anyways I'm sure, but trading of turns and naq, like wave 4-6. I also think we should increase the market trades per week to 2 or 3. Happiness is a barrier to mass farming, but next wave I'd like to see some good old fashioned mass farming available again.

HOWEVER, the biggest thing that needs to come back is the old school system of 3rd techs for tauri replicator and asgard. Remember the good old days when tauri had monster monster strike, asgard had crazy defense, and replicator had like a bonus covert level? Right now goauld are crazily rigged because the other races can't compete. Income bonus means bonus to all stats. I think we need the old system of race bonuses.

interesting so like the top 5%(prob top 1% cause of ur inactive account idea) in qunatum their main accounts get +2% income or somethgin that woudlbe intersting.

kind of that rube... and the idea of the inactive accounts is to make it a faster growing wave, that way will be really easy to get more players at bigger sizes sooner, and will be really harder to win and easier to see the ones paying with cash ( im sure admins wont take this option out so easy) getting massed!!! he he
