Buying Duals for $$$

Jan 2009 - Dual Planets on Black Market
The Black Market (linked off the 'market' tab) now has dual planets available. There is a maximum of 2 such planets that any one realm can acquire in a calander month - from any source. Ie - if you purchase one, and conquer one ... you are at your maximum for the month. The only exception is that if you LOSE a dual planet, your maximum for that month increases by one.
All counts reset to 2 at the beginning of the month, regardless of how many/when you may have lost previous dual planets.
The thought behind this update is that planets are taking a larger role in the game, duals are exceedingly rare, so over time this should infuse the game with more duals for the planet hunters out there...
(note - since this update comes mid month, jan/09 month has a limit of 1 dual)

with every update, someone always says that

someone actually understands something about these games, and someone has already seen half a dozen of them go down for very specific reasons, and someone knows that whoever says that sgw has been changing for the better in the last 2 years is delusional.

the "joined" date does actually say something about experience you know

since they made the fleets stupidly powerful, making every single planet in the game easy to conquer, who in his right mind would spend $50 on a dual that a HUGE portion of the active players can take easily?

Statistically speaking there are always people who say something good and something bad, you're correct.

However in this case i'll go to the naysayer camp because of my judgment of the situation, not because of random unreasonable whining
