All you have to do is wait 14day, so say you ascend on June 1 @ 1500 gametime, then on June 14 @ 1500 gametime you ascend again. Its too easy.

Don't be stupid, it's a personal log for whatever you want it to be.

This isnt needed, as soon as your ready to ascend again, it shows the ascend icon, if you want it right down to the minute, i personally just use my brokers, as the time is in there for it, and as im ascending every 14 days ( even though its not costing me a fortune, and i have to raid more and more ) it can still be done.

Yeah... certain spread sheets for the win of timing out ascensions and calculating costs and stuff.

What I would want to see is confirmation of the requirements INGAME for each ascension before the button shows. But lol that could be 'cos I always want to check and not necessarily go to see the various websites that include such information.

Maybe it should a value for you, like on ascended server when you try to deascend someone and it tells you how long they are tied up in ascended battle.

for most of us its a minor inconvienence,,,
The most it would be used for would be a few hundred account for 2-5 days each for a max of about 20 times.

Not really worth Jason adding or changing code, and a possible crash or freeze or anything else happening.

Its not perfect but its not worth changing for the few people doing fast ascensions a limited number of times.

There is a 14 day rest period between ascensions. Before then you are too weak....

Hang on, the Ascend image only appears when you have waited 14 days.

Also doesn't that message only appear when you've gone through the ascend requirements page, on to the next page, then selected your ascended race then click ascend... then you get that message?

So therefore, you are going to the ascend page prior to the ascend image appearing.... easy to do, but the ascend image doesn't appear "for a reason"!

Also, to get to that 14 day message would mean you have to be in a position to ascend, such as selling all weapons etc, brokering all resources to someone etc. Why would you bother doing all that just to find out if they can ascend yet?

I'd do the simple solutions people have put forward:

Make a note of time/date of ascension in personal log
Writing it down on a piece of paper
Ascend at the same time, so make a schedule, i.e. 9pm on a particular day

We'd rather Jason concentrate on things like actually fixing the Ascended server.

as for the countdown timer or w/e it really isnt a necessary piece to the game and I would much rather see the problems in main and even more so ascended worked out than prolonged because people wanted a convenient piece of code put in since they do not use their PLs....
