How is offering to help people, buy teaching them how to play and grow fast and what needs to be done not fit into the newbee section.

A section that is for newbees use to ask questions on how to play.

Hello,
I am inviting all new players to the world of gatewars to drop a PM to me ingame ID: 68005 and I will give you a run down of how to play the game, how to tell if you can hit someone via spy logs. Who you should hit at your early stage of gatewars history, and someone you can get to know and learn from my experience. My MSN is wesleybooker@insightbb.com.
Here is something good, all new people who seem to be active by me might also recieve a nice little bost to help them get started with naq, attack turns, and a small amount of units.

jim is right. the first thing you should do is contact the mod that moved it, or contact his (or her) GM.

I will have a look into it further, the way im leaning towards is that it definitely does not belong in the recruitment section, and the Newbie/FAQ is quite a broad section, mainly to help newbies understand the game better. The thread posted just looks like DW is trying to help new players, which fits in the sections description.
