I was kind of speed ascending and wasn't upgrading my bank after i ascended after 3 ascensions i found this
Increase Planetary Vault Maximum Capacity ?
Increase from 0 to 0 for 0 Naquadah
and now when i press the upgrade bank button it doesn't nothing...
EDIT: so when i went back to check it said i had bank space... there was a tick while i was typing this...

Not that its supposed to be that I think, but it seems it did exactly what it stated.
It upgrades your bank with 0 at the cost of 0.
What did you expect ? xD
Seems like a genuine bug, perhaps some missing values.

I will have a look to see what went wrong. Might be an issue with the recently tweaked code regarding the bank boosts carrying over during ascensions.
@Duck, upgrade to 0 by 0 is a bit of a bug.
