is there a formula for how much under your rank you can raid???
5 days ago I was able to raid this certain account and now I can't, i mean, why wouldn't I be able to raid someone ranked 200 spots lower than me??
(i'm ranked 60-70th and the other account is 200-300)
"33.26% (too distant to engage)"
I mean, if this number is based on charisma, than I suppose that's fine, but if it's just overall rank, I think it needs some tweaking.
EDIT: if this has always been the case than I suppose you can delete or move this thread, I only recently noticed it.

personally i hate this, i just spent 300 odd turns destroyin a guys military so i could raid him
before it said like 60% and i could raid him, once his defence was weak enough the turn changed and suddenly he was too distant for me to raid
