WTH! TODAY
I spied on someone and found out
Defensive Action 80188
seeing that my offensive action was over 110,000 I attacked, 15 turns
Then THIS HAPPENED
Your troops inflict 63,480 damage on the enemy!
The enemy sustains 0 casualties!
sdb 's forces counter- attack and inflict 80,498 damage on your army!
Your army sustains 1 casualties!
Why in the Hell would my attack only pull 63,480...when my offensive action is over 110,000!?!? This has happened to me on a few occasions and wasting turns isnt a fun game...EXPLAIN!

wow, thats messed up. <--- originally the f word, but was changed by higher powers so that small children weren't confussed by the word.

when you tend to be more evenly matched it seems your strike force loses some of its effectiveness. so that isn't that unusual although most of the time you would win that battle, you just got unlucky.
what i find interesting though is that the defender inflicted damage greater than their defense force. that does seem strange. i don't see how that should be possible

I'm guessing but I could be wrong that you mean you're losing attack turns and naq because the server is slow? if so then it doesn't really make that much difference since it's the same for everyone else playing so nobody is deriving any advantage out of it.
Keep in mind too the game has only been here for about a month now and it's still a work in progress. Personally I'm glad to see the admin are pretty attentive to problems people are encountering with the game and also working on improving and expanding it. And all for free too!
