Whats a fair co/officer naq-up ratio?
Im just wondering since one of my officers makes about 20k a day, and i give him about 66 mil/turn..is this a fair bonus for him/me? or what is the more accepted/expected rate? or is there not really one..lol..

Check the recruitment section, see what the general level is.

okay them if u giving him that im guesing im over paying a person with 12k up and im giving him close to 450 mil a turn?

450 mill for a 12k up seems too much... but cant say for sure, havent recruited in a long time...
