Raiding Party

I’ve had a think about some new units and armoury for the game and a change in the way attacks and raids are carried out. I’ve thought about this because I feel the game needs updating.

I was thinking about introducing a new unit “Raiding Party”.
These units are the units that retrieve naq and uu when people attack/raid another persons realm.

So basically if you attack someone (or raid) then the Away Team/Super Soldiers (and whatever they are for other races) are the units that attack the other realms defences and kill defenders etc. whilst the Raiding Party are the ones that then go in to the realm (assuming the strike was successful in beating the opponents defences) and gather up naq or uu (depending on the type of attack).

The amount of naq or uu retrieved by the raiding party could depend on things such as, the number of raiding party that you have, and maybe some sort of technology upgrades. So in some cases not all the naq would be taken because the raiding party may not be able to carry over a certain amount of naq because of how many units you have. These Raiding Party units will also have a vehicle to retrieve the resources, so that would be in the armoury.

During the attacks/raids the vehicles can be damaged, resulting in repairs being required as other weapons do, and also sometimes units of the Raiding Party can also be killed, resulting in loss of some of the resources being stolen.

There could also be the addition of Anti Raiding Party which would defend the resources from the opposing Raiding Party and try to prevent some or all the resources from being taken, and this could be the point in which some of the Raiding/Anti Raiding Party can be killed.

So basically the strike teams main purpose would be to beat the defending barriers to help get the raiding party through.

ehm so basically whatever strike does now you want to add a new unit doing the same thing, and maybe make normal strike not have the ability to steal stuff anymore just to make the game more complicated and discourage new players, who are on the most part by nature resistant to learning or curiosity, to start playing.

this would also increase the "holograms" which im sure a LOT of people will make 1 word posts containing "NO" without giving any reason like i am....
