Do assassins effect your covert level? Do they help in your covert defense

anti covert is only used in killing spys when attacking
and they do affect ranking

yup, counter-intelligence in this game is NOT counter-intelligence ^^
if you want to hide your stats raise your covert
like they said above, assassins/counter-intelligence/anti-covert is only used for killing spies, nothing else.
