That sounds good, I usually don't like rank mods - but having one on the super weapon might be wise. As it would keep people from attacking people beyond they're capacity. Kinda like a private slaping a general 5 star, not very smart and shouldn't happen...
I still think the auction should stay though. Because while it does allow the top players to keep it "under wraps", the smaller players benefit off of the dmu release greatly.

No objections here, but if it will be possible to buy turns with DMU, then maybe there should be a way to limit the amount of turns available to different ranks, because otherwise the larger players will buy them all or buy tons and be able to mass and descend the whole server if they so wish.

It's good that the AG+ ascensions won't benefit main, and if I understand it properly I like the ongoing APP idea.

Hmm, I'm not sure on this one. If I understand it right, it would help the already big more then it would the smaller people who ascended quickly - as the larger guys ascended with lots of APP. Though, as the larger guys can already afford to buy as much APP as they need, and the smaller the small amounts will be large relative to most smaller folks, I guess it would be alright.

There have been several suggestions on this, I have at least one listed in a thread I made in suggestions (which also lists several other common complaints, some taken care of in your suggestions already) if you care to look at it. To list it here in short,
Increase the max LF by 5 or 10 times, and place a pluage of sorts on all LF above that. People will still be able to get large amounts of LF, as plagues don't stop people, just slows them down. But this will definitely hurt those who only buy tons of LF without using any.
