When politics isn't involved in choosing mods, I'll think about respect. You current mods moan alot about rewards. Give me a break! I've done a hundred times more for this game than the lot of you combined, and if admin started rewarding me like this, I would be ASHAMED! You guys talk about taking crap, you have no idea what taking crap is. Try being in my position, KNOWING there are cheats etc playing this game who are treated like heroes by the idiots around here.

I hope that forums post makes people think again about the words they post. As far as most mods are consurned we dont want any benefit in the game that enables us to grow faster then other players. We all signed up voluntary. We love our job we do it with passion. I can't care about people who decide to mass me for doing my job as a mod bin there done that. What saddens me though is the personal insults that have bin ttrowed around here. The people warned know who they are. I hope the lot can keep this tread civil. ETL how can you say choosing mods is politics as you and the other admins once choose the current mod team? Care to exzplain to me how its politics? We know you did and still do a lot for the community but its not us mods who think you are doigg anything wrong. You find cheaters you report them its up to the game admins to decide what happens with them not up to us mods.

/hug for finding bugs/cheats and reporting them

Mod jobs can appear thankless but they are you occasionally get the odd one or two people who will take the time to thank you for you help.

I've thanked mods for helping me and so on.

Those mods know who they are usually its in pm as its an issue I pm'd them with... I personally can think of 3 mods off the top of my head who I have personally thanked for there help.

it's true, some people do say thank you. but they are few and far between. i estimate 1 a month while i was admin. that means, i was probably thanked in the realm of 18-20 times. now, granted, this isn't the true figure, as i have no way of counting all the times i was thanked for being a mod. also, some mods receive more thanks for public actions, when the hidden ones have more work, and receive less thanks.

as a matter of fact, there is no advantage, as the 4th MT was not designed to work till monday, but it has been cancelled... therefore, no ingame advantage...

I think everyone will be able to accept that explanation a lot better when/if it comes directly from Forum.
