Assassin Operations

How do I defend against someone attacking me via Assassin Operations? I keep getting massed with both Operations, which are Destroy Intelligence & Destroy Military. What stops those 2 Operations?

1) Do I need to increase my Assassin Power, by getting more Unspoken Planets?

-OR-

2) Do I need to increase my Covert Capacity, by getting more Ghost Planets?

You need to increase your assassin planets and probably your assassin level. Good luck mate. Any idea who is assassinating you? Usually assassination is followed by raiding/farming.

That's the worst part of this whole thing, because I don't even know the identity of the attacker. Yes, for the past few weeks I have been doing a lot of farming. But he has destroyed practically all of my Offensive & Defensive planets, and all of my Covert planets. The weird thing is that I still don't even know why he massed me. I would of thought that he would of sent me a PM, telling me his reason for the massing; such as me farming his friend or some other reason. Maybe he's afraid for me to know who he is, because I could get revenge on the Main Server.

The massing wasn't even necessary to begin with, this whole situation could have been resolved with a simple conversation. My Farming Policy has always been to Declare Peace whenever a player asks for it.

It seems to me that assassin operations are becoming more common. The best way to deal with this is by increasing your assassin level and the amount of planets just like high empty said. If you are able to part with the DMU raising your realm alert level to critical will also help. You may be able to catch the guy trying to assassin you since he will have no idea if you are on critical or not until he loses the mission.

hmm crit helps but not really, all the guy needs to do is send in an overpower wave frist, then figure out what the power is he wipped your asre by, and adjust the number acordingly.

I may write a guide for this. I have written a guide for main that isin the newbie section. In it I will explain all the attacks, all of the power ups, assassins and what the hell do they do, and all the other yada yada yada that may confuse you about this amazing server.

No, I did not get any messages concerning my farming, I was just massed with no explanation. All of the 80 attacks he did on me were anonymous. Most of the attacks were "Destroy Intelligence", then there were a few "Destroy Military" ones mixed in too. Here's a portion of the Attack Logs:

Sorry about the massing... I know that I'd be upset, my growth is still really slow, so it'd probably cause me to give up on ascended and just concentrate on my main account...

It says your enemy lost nothing so that means that you don't have any assassin power. Increase your assassin power.

I didn't have any Assassin Power before he massed me, because I didn't think it was necessary. Man, was I wrong LOL Now I'm building a crap load of Assassin Power, so that this situation never happens again.
