Turns issue
I have a problem my turns are stuck at 9900. I thought it stoped at 10k not 9900.night not be realted just thouhgt i might post it somewere.

You stop receiving turns after you have 3998/3999/4000 (as you receive 3 ATs/game turn). Or is it that you can no longer buy turns?

yeah, you stop generating at 4k
so if you bought past the 4k, you can hold them (until 10k) but wont make anymore
