What on earth are you talking about, if its how to obtain G&R points then you have to be in the top 2% of all active players, roughly around the top 1000 rankings (this is subject to change with active player amounts change). You get 1 G&R point per turn, more if you are really high up in the rankings (top 1% i think).

ok the top 2% is about the top 1200 places where you get 1 point per turn and need 1001 to ascend - find an ascention buddy for this so you dont lose everything - i.e send it away(what you dont need when ascending) they then send back
if you are in top 0.2% so thats about 120 places you get 5 points per turn so get to 1001 faster
you can only ascend once every 2 weeks i think and
if you dont have full SS you can buy that with your first 1000G&R points

by my calculations it should be top 1.5k but im rank 1.3 and stil not geting ne thing so either 20k guys are on vac or somthings up

You say you are rank 1.3 and it was clearly started you needed to be 1.2k or better. People on vac appear as rank 0 anyway.

Go for 1000 or under as if you just go for 1.2k then you will likely fall in and out all the time and it will take twice as long to ascend.

Yeah, its better than just scraping in because you will keep dropping in and out of the top 2%. And trust me, it will probably happen.

your total rank must be about 1200 or so...

balancing your stats is the best way to get into GnR

having all stats ranked say 2000 will prolly get you a better ranking them top 100 strike, 2k def, 2k covert and 5k MS...

not sure what kind or rankings you need to look for but i would guess and say aim for each of your stats ranked around 1-1.5k and you should b going well
