How do people sell market turns?

I have full SS but i can't find anywhere a way to transfer market turns to someone else.

so.. what am i missing? how do you buy and sell market turns?

You can't actually transfer the MT, but you can buy whatever the other player wants you to using your MT. You and the buyer must both have full SS so you can use the private trade broker.
