yup, i will agree on that. defo, sell back levels. but it should have a penalty for doing so.

why?

I'm in the position where I have spent more getting to about 50-60 on charisma
than what someone who ascends the day after the updates goes through and converts there app will be able to get to 100 in less than what I've spent getting to 50-60...

so thats unfair on me and everyone who has already ascended...

other updates have just increased the APP : LF conversion rate

this one is increasing the APP:LF conversion rate AND making the upgrades cheaper...

well i dont agree with being penalised, but i'd rather get refunded all my LF and put back to 0 levels with a SMALL penalty, than not get any refund/reset at all.

I would have to disagree with the idea of refunding the LF as alot of players have benefited from those higher levels and at the end of the day we all lose out regardless of what size player you are.
Plus if LF is returned you might as well reset the server as that would be fairer for all but that would be really bad for the server and unfair to those that have played it for the past 2 years.

and so on and so forth to level 10
10 - 10000

Total Spent = 55000 LF, so you get 55k back.

Levels are now cheaper so you could get to level 20/25 with that 55k.

Great loss.

There are 3 major things that define a small/medium/good/top/uber account : no of planets, cosmic expansion rate and income.

In order to make this server work all 3 must have caps on ... we had a good example with the 700 bil planets limit which affected no of planets directly as anyone tried very hard to stay as low as possible and cer indirectly as people stopped investing in charisma and fleets and concentrated on production. What have we learned from that .... unless we cap all 3 people will concentrate on what's left uncapped.

What should we cap :

1. dmu:lf ratio ...... I think that after 1 bil planets dmu:lf rate should start growing ... not as it did before jumping 7x ...... at 2 bil planets it should be 5x ...... ar 3 bil 10x and so on. Slow growth not sudden.

2. Charisma and production levels ...... I think we should go back and cap at 400 ... those with more get reimbursed ..... if we start at 400 the 2x increase per every 100 levels sounds good ..... if we cap at 500/700 or 600/800 it should be 3x every 100 levels.

3. Fleets .... already capped ..... I think it would benefit most players if the caps would be lowered a bit ... 10x at 60k it's expensive, then it gets even more expensive .... people should try and balance charisma and fleets, but at 60k for a long time the only logical thing is to only invest in charisma.

4. No of planets ..... like in main we should have a plague at 1.5 bil planets, it's effects increasing as you get more and more planets.

They wouldn't benefit much because then you would lower the number things get a lot more costly... insteda of it being more costly at 500 it would start at 400... keeping them closer but they would still have the cheaper levels up to 400 and so would all the little people (which would allow them to grow and improve their account without having to ascend to benefit from the changes if their account isnt in a state to ascend)

because right now the changes will force people to ascend to make use of the cheaper prices otherwise those cheaper prices wont be used for certain people i.e. those who have ascended just before this update was mentioned

if a LF spent refund occured then everyone would benefit from the changes big and small alike...

LF should be refunded, it's a win-win situation for everyone. And I also think initiate revolution should be removed, it's the probly the biggest reason people don't play asc.
