A proposal: the newb helping service

I think it is a good idea to give a helping hand as it helps build the game for the future. I currently have 4 new/newish players under my wing who I give advice, some helpful goals and help to when they ask questions (and of course the Naq). I think part of the fun of the game is to learn yourself but there are times when questions need to be answered. I also check their accounts and attack logs daily to ensure that they are not being farmed or sat on by another player and if they are sending the polite message on my officers behalf asking the offender to stop.
