Suspension for Abusive Language

I'm getting fed up with getting abusive language from people who are playing the game, I'm not talking about people repeatedly sending it, they get blacklisted. More people who when attacked feel the need to send coarse language my way. Would it be possible to introduce a suspend feature flagged by certain words? Or perhaps have a report to Admin Mark feature or something? From this if it was deemed to be offensive (You know the words I'm not repeated them here) have the person suspended for say a day for first offence enough (The mod can use discretion), 2 days for second etc?...

I feel this would benefit the community if people had to watch their tongues otherwise face Real consequences.

everytime someone uses an insult they loose 10 bil naq and it gets sent into my bank

such report function could be useful, but would be a lot of work, both for Forum, and for adminMark...
